Review - Weleda Body Lotion
It wasn’t until a recent jaunt to Berlin that we discovered Weleda (we know, we know, late to the game). While the brand which boasts a natural skincare alternative to almost every product is well known in Europe, it was less well known to this Aussie native. While running around in minus 6 degrees snow, ankles exposed (because ‘fashun’), dry skin started to emerge and we were immediately on the search for a lotion with minimal glycerin and lots of hydration.
Weleda’s pomegranate body lotion provides this, with a cooling, easy to rub in effect and an amazing smell.
Water, Sesamum Indicum Seed Oil, Alcohol, Prunus Armeniaca Kernel Oil, Helianthus Annuus Seed Oil, Butyrospermum Parkii Butter, Olea Europaea Oil Unsaponifiables, Glycerin, Glyceryl Stearate SE, Cetearyl Glucoside, Fragrance*, Punica Granatum Seed Oil, Panicum Miliaceum Seed Extract, Xanthan Gum, Cetearyl Alcohol, Limonene*, Linalool*, Citronellol*, Benzyl Benzoate*, Benzyl Salicylate*, Geraniol*, Citral*, Coumarin*, Farnesol* *from natural essential oils
Best For: A lightweight body lotion that provides extreme hydration.
Rating: 4.5/5 a couple of minor improvements and we would have given full points.
